(Al-Baqara) 2 : 117
بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِذَا قَضَىٰ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ
The Originator of heaven and earth, whenever He intends a thing, He says to it: “Be!”, then it is.
It is told in verse 6: 101: “The Originator of heaven and earth, how can He have a son while He has no spouse? He created everything and is Aware of everything”. Verse 3: 47, 59; 6: 73; 16: 40; 19: 35; 36: 82, and 40: 68 said: “If Lord Allah intends a thing, He says to it: ‘Be!’, then it is”. See explanation 2: 29 and 3: 26-27.
